Division of Parks and Recreation Seeks Caterers for Hampton Beach Seashell Complex

Concord, New Hampshire - The New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation has released a Request for Proposals to select and qualify multiple catering firms to operate non-exclusive catering services at the Hampton Beach State Park Oceanfront Pavilion and South Pavilion Conference Room. The selected caterers will provide all food and beverage services for events at the new Hampton Beach State Park Seashell Complex.
            “The new facility offers a beautiful venue for wedding and other celebrations, as well business meetings,” stated Phil Bryce, Director of New Hampshire Division of Parks and Recreation. “We are hoping the caterers will be partners in jointly holding functions at the facility.”
The selected caterers will operate all catering services at the Hampton Beach State Park Seashell Complex including bar service.  Food and beverage services may be required at four locations: the Oceanfront Pavilion, South Pavilion Conference Room, the Oceanfront Terrace and the sand/ beach area abutting the pavilion. The caterer shall provide a wide range of options for catering services at a reasonable charge to individuals and businesses that rent the facilities.  The caterer is expected to promote and produce special functions throughout the year.
