* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 6 INCHES OR MORE POSSIBLE.

* TIMING...MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...POOR TRAVEL CONDITIONS. SCATTERED POWER OUTAGES
  POSSIBLE IN HEAVY WET SNOW IN SOUTHERN AND COASTAL AREAS.

* WINDS...EAST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
