In the morning, the President will travel to Upper Marlboro, Maryland where he will deliver remarks on the economy at the Safeway Distribution Center.
In the afternoon, the President will meet with leaders from African American civil rights groups to discuss how his Administration can continue to partner with them on issues including criminal justice reform, income inequality and the Affordable Care Act.
Later in the afternoon, the President and Vice President will meet with Secretary of Defense Hagel in the Oval Office.
