'Rising Star' Premieres Tonight June 22nd

ABC will be premiering an all new type of singing competition where the outcome is up to those at home. This ABC series called 'Rising Star' will be premiering tonight June 22nd from 9pm ET/PT to 11pm ET/PT.

The first set of phenomenal singers from across the country will perform on this Sunday’s premiere of ABC’s hotly-anticipated new series, “Rising Star,” Sunday, June 22nd, (9:00-11:00 p.m., ET; check local listings) on the ABC Television Network. They are:

Sabrina Carpenter To Star In Future Austin & Ally Episode

We here at Rocky Coast News learned that 12 year Sabrina Carpenter will star in a future episode of Disney Channel's Austin & Ally. You might have read about this 12 year old in a Musician Spotlight that we did on her, back in February of 2012. It is wonderful to see this young Lady making and making her dreams come true.

Sabrina Carpenter is a 12 year old Pennsylvania native, who is the youngest of three sisters. Miss. Carpenter has already set a path for where she wants to be in life...an actress & music icon.

Sabrina started her journey at the age of two by following in her older sister’s footsteps as a beginning ballerina.
