“black-ish” stars Anthony Anderson as Andre “Dre” Johnson/Drex, Tracee Ellis Ross as Rainbow Johnson/Bea, Yara Shahidi as Zoey Johnson/Zara, Marcus Scribner as Andre Johnson, Jr./Jo Jo Rags, Miles Brown as Jack Johnson/Jolly, Marsai Martin as Diane Johnson/Dolly and special guest star, Laurence Fishburne as Pops/Bippy Barnes.
Guest starring are Sean “Diddy” Combs as Elroy Savoy, Mary J. Blige as Mirabelle, Jenifer Lewis as Ruby/Rosey, Deon Cole as Charlie Telphy/Janitor, Jeff Meacham as Josh/Klark and Peter Mackenzie as Mr. Stevens/Mr. Kimble. Renowned choreographer Fatima Robinson choreographed the episode.
“Pops’ Pops’ Pops” was written by Vijal Patel and directed by Jonathan Groff.
“black-ish” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format with a 5.1 channel surround sound. A TV parental guideline will be assigned closer to the airdate.
