Kelli Berglund and Kirra Berglund BYou Magazine Twitter Party Chat Q&A

It’s typically a boy’s dream-come-true to play a superhero.  Yet Kelli Berglund, a beautiful, petite, and graceful young woman, is doing just that. Kelli stars in the Disney XD hit series Lab Rats as Bree, a bionic superhero created in a lab who navigates everyday teenage life with her bionic siblings. Kelli is a California native who started at the age of 4 with a passion to dance, training in ballet, tap, jazz, point, contemporary, and hip hop for years before hitting the Hollywood screen. But it’s not just as Bree that Kelli shines as a superhero; in her personal life she’s a spokesperson for the Audrey Hepburn Cares Team, donating her time and money to help abused and neglected children. It’s a charity she sought out on her own after reading a book on child abuse, realizing her celebrity status could help bring attention to this worthy cause.

In addition to Lab Rats, Kelli stars in the upcoming 2014 Disney Channel Original Movie How to Build a Better Boy opposite China Anne McClain. The two girls play best friends who try to create the perfect boyfriend with the help of a computer program.

Q from Kayla: Kelli, do you ever think about doing anything music related in the future?

A from Kelli: I’d love to release a single at some point, or maybe even an EP or a album! As of right now, I’m focusing on acting, but I definitely see some music in my future.

“Kirra and I share a relationship neither of us shares with anyone else. We learn from each other and go through our ups and downs, but at the end of the day, we know we’ll always be there for each other. It's a relationship we'll share for our entire lives, and we're so blessed to have such a close companion by our side!

It's important for a little sister to be able to turn to her big sister, and I always try my best to do that for Kirra. I want us to be able to laugh and cry together, and reminisce on old memories and the lessons we learned from them. I always tell her that I'm willing to talk whenever she needs me... and having that "open-armed" attitude is what keeps us close. My sister is my best friend. It's a bond that can't ever be broken.”

Kelli Berglund stars as overly outgoing super-human Bree with lightning speed abilities. Bree is one of three bionic teen siblings, who tries to navigate a "normal" world of school, friends and family, with the occasional bionic glitch, in the Disney XD live-action comedy series "Lab Rats."

Berglund has graced the small screen in such series as "Hip Hop Harry," "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader" and "America's Next Producer." She also appeared in the feature film "Bye, Bye Benjamin."

She has been featured in commercials for Old Navy, Hyundai, Bratz, McDonald's and Mattel, among others, and has appeared in print campaigns for Reebok and the Camarillo Academy of Performing Arts.

Berglund is also an exceptional dancer, who is trained in ballet, jazz, tap and contemporary styles. She has received numerous honors and national recognition in major dance competitions with top choreographers, and was a featured dancer in a national promotional event for "Happy Feet."

A native of California, Berglund resides in Moorpark, California with her parents and younger sister. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, choreographing dance moves with her high school team, spending time with her sister, video editing, still photography and creating original films on her computer.

Olivia Holt was born in Germantown, Tennessee to parents, Mark and Kim Holt. She lived in Southaven, MS right outside of Memphis, TN before moving to Los Angeles in 2009. When she was only 3 years old, she started singing and acting on the stage. Besides acting and singing, she has been a competitive gymnast and a competitive cheerleader for the past few years, as well as being on her school's chess team.

Olivia has starred in numerous community productions including "Annie" and "Through the Looking Glass" before landing a role in the indie film "Black & Blue" as well as " Going Home". She also appeared in multiple national TV commercials including Hasbro, Mattel and Bratz dolls. In 2010, Olivia got her break out role as "Kim Crawford," a confident martial artist and the only girl in the dojo who can go toe-to-toe with the boys, in the Disney XD comedy series, "Kickin' It." She Attended an acting convention, IPOP, in 2008 where she received first place awards for Best Actress, Best Scene, and Print Model of the Year. Olivia is signed with Paradigm Agency and Ford Models. She has one older sister, actress/writer Morgan Toll - who has studied theater arts at Columbia College in Hollywood. She also has a brother, Cade Holt.
