NOMINEES SOUGHT FOR EXETER BUSINESS OF THE YEAR

Exeter, New Hampshire - Nominations are being accepted for Exeter Area Business of the Year Awards with a deadline of December 21. Entry forms are available at the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce, 24 Front Street, Exeter or visit www.exeterarea.org.

The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce will honor exemplary businesses in the Exeter area at a luncheon in March for the Annual Business of the Year Awards. The Chamber encourages people in the community to take the time to nominate a business or businesses that they feel are deserving of this distinction.

The award categories are: manufacturing/ technology, education/ non-profits, retail/wholesale, real estate/ construction/engineering, health care, financial services/ insurance, business services and tourism/ hospitality. Nominees must be a member of the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce and exemplify good business practices, contribute to their communities and serve as role models for other businesses. Merit, not size should be the key consideration in making nominations. Self nominations are welcome.

Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce seeks nominations for Citizen of Year

Exeter, New Hampshire – The Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for its 2nd annual Citizen of the Year awards. Citizen of the Year recognizes an individual who has dedicated their time, talent and energy in service to the residents of the Exeter Area. Citizen of the Year is presented at the Business of the Year Awards Dinner that will take place in the spring.

This Award is presented to an individual who has made major contributions to the progress and betterment of the Exeter Area community, is living or working in the Exeter Area community and in the judgment of the selection committee, typifies the true spirit of service and self-sacrifice in representing the finest ideals of the Exeter Area.

Current Members, Officers and Directors of the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce are not eligible to receive this award. Award will not be given posthumously.
