This event sponsored by Oceana and the Nautica brand was held at the landmark Marion Davies Guest House right on the beach.
Guests were treated to cocktails, food and DJ set provided by Connor Cruise (son of Tom Cruise) along with some songs from Drake Bell's new album.
Miranda held onto a dolphin as she attends this event. She recently did a psa regarding saving our dolphins for Oceana.

Her film debut was in 2003, as Summer Hathaway in School of Rock. Cosgrove appeared in a number of minor television roles over several years before coming to prominence on the Nickelodeon TV series Drake & Josh. A few years later, Cosgrove landed the role of Carly, the lead character in the Nickelodeon TV series iCarly. As of May 2010, Cosgrove earned $180,000 per episode of iCarly, making her the second-highest-paid child star on television. She was listed in the 2012 edition of Guinness World Records as the Highest Paid Child Actress for iCarly. Following the success of iCarly, a soundtrack album was released in June 2008, in which she performed four songs. Cosgrove's debut album Sparks Fly was released on April 27, 2010.
Cosgrove is currently attending the University of Southern California and will be majoring in film.

Miranda Cosgrove To Star In NBC's "Girlfriend in a Coma"
Miranda will play the daughter to Christina Ricci's character in the Dick Wolf comedy.iCarly star Miranda Cosgrove is heading to network TV.
RCN America has learned Miranda Cosgrove an Actress has been tapped to co-star in NBC's "Girlfriend in a Coma".
From Nurse Jackie's Liz Brixius and Law & Order: SVU/Chicago Fire's Dick Wolf, the comedy revolves around Karen (Christina Ricci), who wakes up from a coma after almost two decades to find out she has a 17-year-old daughter from a pregnancy she was unaware of when her life was put on hold.
Cosgrove will play Evie, a small-town, overachieving loner who can't shake the legacy of being the daughter of "Coma Lady." When her mother wakes up, her world is turned upside-down and every hope she had of keeping her nose to the grindstone -- saving money and getting grades for an out-of-state college -- is thrown out the window.
The single-camera comedy is based on the book by Douglas Coupland, with Wolf, Brixius, Danielle Gelber and Peter Jankowski onboard to executive produce. Brixius will pen the pilot.
Should Girlfriend earn a series order, it would mark Cosgrove's first series regular role on the broadcast networks after starring in Nickelodeon's iCarly for seven seasons and four on the network's Drake & Josh. Repped by WME, Anonymous Content and Gang Tyre, Cosgrove next reprises her voice role in the animated feature Despicable Me 2, due July 3rd.

Beginning Thursday, Feb. 14, kids will be able to cast their votes in 22 categories, including the newly introduced nominations for Favorite App and Favorite Villain, across all of Nickelodeon’s digital outlets: Nick.com, all desktop and mobile devices, and Nickelodeon’s Facebook page and Twitter feed. On Facebook, users will be able to vote from a tab on the page and the entire voting experience can be embedded directly into wall posts, and on Twitter users be able to vote using custom KCA hashtags.
It’s a fight to the cinematic finish as Kids’ Choice Awards former host and winner Will Smith, Johnny Depp¸ Zachary Gordon and newcomer Andrew Garfield nabbed nominations for Favorite Movie Actor: Smith for Men in Black 3, Depp for Dark Shadows, Gordon for Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days and Garfield for The Amazing Spider-Man. Jennifer Lawrence, Kristen Stewart and Scarlett Johansson kicked butt with dual nominations for Favorite Movie Actress and Favorite Female Buttkicker, while The Avengers, The Amazing Spider-Man, The Hunger Games and Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days are all up for Favorite Movie.
In television, Miranda Cosgrove, Bridgit Mendler, Selena Gomez and Victoria Justice round out the Favorite TV Actress nominees, with iCarly, Good Luck Charlie, Wizards of Waverly Place and 2012 KCA winner Victorious also competing for Favorite TV Show. First time nominees Carlos Pena (Big Time Rush), Lucas Cruikshank (Marvin Marvin), Jake T. Austin (Wizards of Waverly Place) and Ross Lynch (Austin & Ally) were tapped for Favorite TV Actor.
Taylor Swift scored three nominations: one for Favorite Voice from an Animated Movie (The Lorax), Favorite Song ("We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together") and Favorite Female Singer. Last year’s Favorite Music Group Big Time Rush made the list again and are up against Maroon 5, Bon Jovi and One Direction whose single "What Makes You Beautiful" is also nominated for Favorite Song.

New York City, New York – Nickelodeon’s hit comedy series iCarly scored 6.4 million total viewers with its hour-long finale, “iGoodbye” (Friday, Nov. 23, at 8 p.m. ET/PT). The finale ranks as the top telecast for the month with all kid and tween demos. Also, SpongeBob SquarePants and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) ended the month as the top two animated series with K2-11 across all TV and are basic cable’s top animated kids’ shows with total viewers, respectively. Nickelodeon’s newest addition to its live-action roster, Marvin Marvin, debuted with a strong 2.6 million total viewers, posting double-digit gains over last year with kids and tweens.
iCarly’s “iGoodbye” ranks as the top telecast with kids and tweens for November, averaging a 8.4/2.8 million K2-11 (+100%), 11.7/2.3 million K6-11, 12.5/2.6 million T9-14 and 6.4 million total viewers. The finale also ranks as basic cable’s top kids’ telecast with total viewers for the month.
For November, SpongeBob SquarePants and TMNT rank as the top two animated series with K2-11 across all TV, with SpongeBob averaging 6.2/2.1 million and TMNT averaging 4.9/1.6 million. The two series are also basic cable’s top animated shows among total viewers, with 4.1 million total viewers for SpongeBob and 3.3 million total viewers for TMNT.
