  AFTERNOON...AND SPREAD EAST. SNOW WILL REACH SOUTHWESTERN MAINE
  BY THE LATE AFTERNOON OR EARLY EVENING. SNOW WILL WIND DOWN FROM
  WEST TO EAST AROUND MIDNIGHT...ENDING AS A PERIOD OF FREEZING
  DRIZZLE.
