MANCHESTER CENTER, Vt - On April 24 at 7 p.m., Arlington Garden Club, Garden Club of Manchester, and Manchester Community Library will present a slide show and lecture by Susan Morse, founder of Keeping Track®. Learn the ways in which northern wildlife species are already being affected by climate change, with more serious challenges ahead.  Canada lynx, moose, American marten, caribou, polar bear, arctic fox and arctic marine mammals and waterfowl are some of the species covered in this stunningly beautiful show. So as not to overwhelm the audience with bad news, the program will devote equal time to sharing remarkable images and stories about plants and animals in their northern habitats. The program is free and open to the public and is sponsored by Earth Matters and The Mountain Goat. Manchester Community Library is located at 138 Cemetery Ave., at the corner of Rt. 7A and Cemetery Ave., in Manchester Center, VT.
