Walk for your Health Spring Schedule 2019

Manchester, New Hampshire - Walk for your Health is  a walking program hosted by the Manchester Parks, Recreation, and Cemeteries Division.  Walks are 3 days a week (MWF) starting at 9 AM. 

New this year there is a option to participate in Walk with Ease which will be at the same time and same walking route as the regular walks for the first 6 weeks.
