The Manchester Department of Public Works announces temporary lane closures planned on Elm Street between Spring Street and Mechanic Street, as well as Concord Street from Vine Street to Elm Street. A 600-ton crane will be set up to replace roof-top equipment
at 1000 Elm Street.
Weather permitting, the lane closures are scheduled to take place starting Saturday, April 27th at 6:00 am. Concord Street will remain open in the evenings and other times when crane activity has concluded. Signs and traffic control devices will be used
to alert and assist motorists during the lane closures. All lanes will reopen at 6:00 pm on Monday, April 29th.
Louis P. Cote, Inc., of Goffstown, New Hampshire is the contractor for this operation.
