5th Annual Amateur Photography Contest and Exhibit

The Chaffee Art Center is excited to announce the 5th Annual Amateur Photography Contest and Exhibit opening Saturday October 13th, from 4-7 PM, at the Chaffee Art Center, 16 South Main Street, Rutland, VT. Over 150 photographs have been submitted by amateur photographers on the theme of "Portraits." People's Choice voting open through October 12th. Awards will be announced at the opening reception.

This year's Photography Exhibit is featuring photographs by professional photographer and juried artist Tami Crupi Zeman. A special reception has been scheduled for Tami on October 27th from 2-4pm. Artist talk will be at 3pm, and at 3:30pm there will be an opportunity for all who entered the contest to meet the judges and receive feedback on their photographs.

The 5th Annual Amateur Photography Contest and Exhibit runs through November 3rd, 2012, and is sponsored by Phototec.
