Middlebury College Women's Golf Concludes Season at Williams

The Panther women's golf team concluded its season with a third-place finish among four teams at the Williams Spring Classic. The host Ephs won the event with a 639, followed by Amherst (653), Middlebury (660) and Hamilton (765). Action took place at the Taconic Golf Club in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Lilia Everson was the top Middlebury finisher at the two-day event, finishing a stroke off the lead in a tie for third with a 159 after an 84 on Sunday. One stroke behind Everson in fifth place was Hope Matthews, who shot to an 80 to finish with a mark of 160. Katharine Fortin shot an 87 to place 14th with a 170, while Monica Chow was ended her weekend with a 171 and an 87 on Sunday.

Mika Wysocki took five strokes off her score to fire an 87 and finish with a 180, while Sarah Breckinridge was eight shots better with a 90, good for a two-day tally of 188.
