- Keene State remains at home for a non-conference doubleheader with Amherst College on Wednesday afternoon.
- Plymouth State gets on the road to face the University of New England on April 20 at 3 p.m.
- Mariah Crisp scattered five hits and struckout five in a complete game effort as the Owls came from behind to post their sixth straight conference win.
- The Panthers had taken a 1-0 lead in the top of the fourth when Julia Royer singled to left and pinch runner Kayla Nester scored on Abrie Davis' double to right-center.
- The Owls had a chance to respond in the bottom of the fourth, when Olivia Indorf walked with one out. Pinch runner Julie Elwell advanced to second on Shae Crosby's single to to left, but was cut down at third on a fielder's choice to end the inning.
- Keene State broke through in the sixth. Morgan Fallon led off with a double to right, and Galavotti hit her fourth homerun of the season, a towering shot over the scoreboard just to the left of center to put Keene State in front for good.
- KSC added an insurance run when Indorf doubled and scored on Stephanie Long's single up the middle.
- Davis singled to lead off the top of the seventh, but Crisp got Autumn Beyor to line into a double play and Emma Rhodes grounded back to the pitcher to end the game.
How It Happened - Game Two
- St. Germain allowed just a pair of singles, and hit a solo home run to support her own cause to give the Owls the sweep.
- Keene State got on the board almost immediately, as Long singled up the middle, and took second on a wild pitch. Kayla Votto grounded out, and another wild pitch brought Long home.
- Galavotti led off the second with a double to right-center, and Indorf cranked her second homer of the year to right field to make it a 3-0 game. After Crosby struck out, St. Germain followed with her first collegiate home run over the fence in right.
- KSC tacked on two more in the third as Kayla Votto scored on another wild pitch, and Galavotti had an RBI groundout.
- St. Germain kept the Panthers off balance throughout, retiring the final 13 batters of the game and allowing one runner past third base.
